Our extruded WPC architectural sections are manufactured by uniting two incompatible components such as PVC and wooden fibres, thus creating a highly aesthetic material in itself, and not the product of surface treatments characteristic of traditional WPCs. The range of products possesses a dimensional stability far superior to both traditional WPC and wood. The product is therefore not wood and is not WPC, but rather a technical wood. It is the only technical wood that today can be used in applications previously limited to ceramic and glass.
Some of the salient advantages of using the material are given below :
It is self-extinguishing (a Class 1 material fulfilling the standards UNI 8457/87, UNI 8457/A1/96, EN13501_1 class Bfl-S1).
It is completely water resistant and is therefore recommended for outside applications or in areas of high humidity because 80% of the wooden fibers are enclosed in polymer components (PVC and other elements making up the formula).
It is ecological. It does not contain toxic materials and is 100% recyclable.
It is immune to woodworms and parasites. It immune to the destructive action of woodworms, fungus and parasites in general.
The product range is divided into the following categories based on the type of application.
Solid, easy to assemble turnkey solutions, and our wide range of profiles allows Architects the freedom to create safe, modular elements that blend in with the design of the building, while combining the warmth and the beauty of wood with the durability and the mechanical properties of the material. With about 30 profiles of varying cross sections, the wide range of products combines structural solidity with the scope for customisation.
A permanent, certified not-slip solution for outdoor environments, our decking is the ultimate solution for outdoor environments. Besides being water and UV resistant, it is also flame retardant and impervious to variations in humidity. The wood is guaranteed not to splinter and does not require any maintenance, and the dimensions are not subject to variations over time.
Our outdoor cladding systems consists of staves of various shapes that can be used to create spectacular decorative, aesthetic solutions. It can be used as a covering for walls, rainscreens and suspended ceilings. and can be installed either vertically or horizontally, allowing designers the maximum in creative freedom.
